1. | 烤箱預熱到425°F(220°C)。 |
2. | 雞胸肉橫切成兩片,再用紙巾擦乾。雞肉上鋪上一層保潔膜,用肉槌平滑的那一面將雞胸較厚的地方槌薄。將1/3小匙鹽和1/4小匙黑胡椒均勻撒在雞排上。 |
3. | 準備 調味麵粉 。將調味麵粉,大蒜粉,麵包粉和帕梅善粉放進一個塑膠袋內拌勻。一次放進一片雞胸,搖動袋子確定雞排兩面都裹有麵粉。 |
4. | 烤盤鋪上錫箔紙,再放上烤架。從塑膠袋中取出雞排放置在烤架上。 |
5. | 雞排放進烤箱烤18分鐘。取出雞排後翻面再烤5分鐘。 |
6. | 拿出烤盤,將烤箱調到上火最大火。將紅醬抹在雞排上再鋪上1片起司(如果起司片若太大,對切成兩片)。進烤箱烤到起司融化,大概再4分鐘。取出後撒上碎巴西利葉。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Preheat the oven to 425°F(220°C). |
2. | Horizontally cut each chicken breast in half and dry them with paper towels. Cover the chicken with a piece of plastic wrap and use the flat side of a meat mallet to pound the chicken breast to make it evenly thick. |
3. | Prepare the Seasoned Flour . Place the flour, garlic powder, bread crumb and parmesan cheese in a plastic bag and mix to combine. Add the chicken filet one at a time. Shake the bag to make sure that both sides of the filet are coated with the flour. |
4. | Cover a baking pan with a piece of foil then top with a grill rack. Remove the chicken from the bag. |
5. | Bake the chicken in the oven for 18 minutes. Turn each piece of chicken over and bake for another 5 minutes. |
6. | Remove the pan from the oven. Top each chicken filet with marinara sauce and a slice of mozzarella cheese (If the slice is too big, cut it in half). Return to oven and bake until the cheese is melted, approx. 4 minutes. |
